Important Notes:
- Folders may contain other folders in addition to files for more flexible/nested file organization.
- When deleting a folder, all sub-folders and files will also be deleted.
1. Creating a Folder:
- First, access the group, meeting, or topic page which contains the files you wish to create folders for. More information on accessing group, meeting, and topic files can be found here.
- Next, click the folder icon in the upper right corner of the page to access the file storage area.

- Next, click on the "+Create Folder" link to create a new folder. Note that the folder will be created in the currently open folder, if one is selected prior to clicking the link.

- Lastly, enter a name for the folder and click the green 'Save' button to complete the folder creation process.

2. Deleting a Folder:
- First, access the group, meeting, or topic page which contains the file folders you wish to delete. More information on accessing group, meeting, and topic files can be found here.
- Next, click the folder icon in the upper right corner of the page to access the file storage area.

- Next, click the "3-dot" icon to the left of the folder you wish to delete. Note that to access the folder, you may need to first navigate to the folder where the folder is stored.

- Next, on the pop-up menu, click on the Delete icon to initiate deletion of the folder.

- Lastly, confirm deletion of the folder and any underlying folder and files by clicking on the red 'Delete' button.
NOTE: When deleting a folder, all underlying folders and files are deleted. If you wish to save these files and/or folders, please move them first.
